Thank goodness I found Regal Restoration

Thank goodness I found Regal Restoration. I came home one evening late to a water flowing sound and my small dogs wet. Quickly realized that water was spraying out from the main toilet hose. Apparently it burst and was flooding the area . when I realized I couldn't contain the water and dry it up alone I called these guys. Boy O boy was I happy to hear when a live person answered the line so late at night. Danny sent his crew at 10:30 pm they spent a few hours extracting the water from the area and setting up large fans and blowers to dry the walls and surrounding floors that were affected. He assured me that everything would be ok and that he could help me with any paper work or instance claims if I needed. They came by daily to reposition the fans test the ground and the walls to make sure they were drying and that no mold will grow. Danny and his crew have been such dears, helping me deal with all this loss and mess. I've even had my sofa and carpets cleaned. Hopefully you won't have to go through major water damage like this but at least if you do, this is a reliable restoration company to contact. Thank you Danny and all the hard workers that got my house back on track dry and clean.

I will definitely call them again.

Can't believe my house got flooded...I didn't know a broken pipe could do so much damage!!! I found regal restoration online and called them. They sent out 2 technicians right away. one of the technician told me that they need to extract the water right away because the water would cause mold. So I gave them permission and they started working right away.(It was 10pm already) For the next few days, the crew dried up my home and I have to say I am very satisfied with their work. They are super professional, and really patient with all the questions I had. I don't think I will get another water damage ever again (what is the chance I will get 2 water damage right?) But if I do, I will definitely call them again.

Excellent job

Would recommend Danny.

My mom's refrigerator broke a water line & she was freaking out about water on the floor. Danny Forster came out to dry everything. My mom was so relieved, & so was I. He did a wonderful job! Would recommend Danny and this company to all my family and friends.

Great work

Danny and his team first offered competitive pricing and a complete bid. It's very frustrating to have contractors leave out something that they will add to the charges down the line, and Danny was very clear on all of the details, nothing was left to chance. His employees were professional, courteous, and most of all, did great work! I am an interior designer, so I am very picky, they they definitely met my stand

I found out a while back that my new home had mold in it, so I kind of put it off for a while but then the rooms started to smell so I called around and came here, I just had the work done at my house where they removed seriously so much mold it made me sick to my stomach. Very professional

After coming home Friday after work we discovered a sewage backup that flooded our basement with nasty sewage water. They did an AWESOME JOB on the inspection

Due to flood damage in our home caused by a washing machine, we called Regal Restoration to inspect our home for damage. The came to our home immediately and promptly. They did a wonderful job on my home. We had a broken water heater and it caused major water damage in my first floor and Regal Restoration showed up at my home within 30 minutes. I would recommend Marco in a heartbeat!

I very recently had water damage at my house. I called a few companies close by where I live but everyone kept saying they were booked and could not help me out. I finally went outside my local area and called Marco. He and his crew were very busy too, we just had a huge storm, however, Marco came in that same night even though it was after 10 pm! He took care of my place, and spent a lot of time explaining to me what needs to be done and why. I was very amazed how smart and knowledgable he is, and how responsive he was. He even came and board my place the next day although that he was sick and could hardly move!! How many people have done that for you? I would recommend Marco in a heartbeat!

I want to THANK YOU Denny and all his guys for PROFESSIONAL and QUICK SERVICE!! And best of all FREE service ( insurance company will pay for it :) Im a real estate agent and I manage house for my client.. When I came to show up this house in Canoga Park - it was FULL of hot water coming out of the damaged pipe in the kitchen.. I got shocked and really did not know what to do, so I grabed a advertising magazine from the mail box and called Regal Restoration - live person answered the phone and I have the crew in the house in 30 minutes!!!! They shut down the water and start their work.. I have been working with many professional people in my industry and Im so glad I found true professional who cares about the customers.. Danny not only did his work ( water restoration), but he also recommended good plummer, great moving company and he guided us during all process..!! The workmen who came were pleasant and polite, efficient, fast and wasted no time in taking care of their personal assignments. I am very happy with their work

I would like to compliment the level of expertise in which this company handled a problem for me and my business partner recently. It was a Saturday afternoon and our resident manager of our 18 unit apartment building in Ventura called to say that a water line had burst in the ceiling and flooded the basement apartment in 4 inches of water. There was a lot of damage to personal property but they were able to manage a disastrous situation into something more manageable in record time. They ascertained the source of the problem and fixed the problem. Thereafter the real work ensued. They had to pump out a huge volume of water and then dry out the unit. They were expeditious in their work and compassionate with respect to the resident's situation and loss. They worked will with the insurance claim adjuster and will be finishing up the rebuild this week. I am very happy with their work and would strongly recommend them for disaster remediation.

I will recommend Regal Restoration.

I've never had to deal with a flooding issue before, so imagine my surprise when I get home from work one day and find myself looking at about an inch of water on my livingroom floor. A friend of mine has had to deal with this issue before, and was raving about this company that had come out to her, same day, very informative and lifted a huge weight off her shoulders. Regal Restoration did a fabulous job

Regal Restoration did a fabulous job coordinating the lab tests, removing, cleaning and reinstalling cabinets and walls. They worked everyday even over the Labor Day week end to finish the job for the new buyers, and at no extra charge for week end work. The workers were friendly and explained the process. We were very pleased with his service and keeping us informed daily. I will use them for any future water damage.

Came to our house right away

While we were remodeling our home and our roof was completely open, there was a big rain storm. Water leaked everywhere. Our attic was soaked. I called Regal Restoration and Danny came to our house right away. He and his crew pulled out all the insulation from our attic and brought in large dehumidifiers and fans to dry everything out. They returned frequently to check the moisture level and monitor the progress.

They did a really good job.

They did a really good job. I got five different bids and he was competitive. Another company told me there were too many stains to remove them all and they would have charged double the cost.When he was completed with the work, there weer no stains left in the carpet at all. When I called them, they showed up the next day. They showed up exactly when they said they would there. He was very professional about the different aspects and provided me with a estimate for water damage. Overall, they are a good company to work with.

He explained everything

Regal Restoration and Marco in particular saved my property! In an age when it is getting rarer to encounter people who deliver what is expected, Regal Restoration stands out. Regal Restoration were prompt

When we were back at the office on Monday morning, we discovered that the whole place was soaking wet. It smelled terrible. Regal Restoration were prompt and gave us instructions on what to do until a technician arrived. I would recommend Regal Restoration.

In May 2014 A pipe in one of my baseboard heaters in an upstairs bedroom burst. i was at work when this occurred when I received the call. By the time I was able to get the water shut off I had incurred a great deal of water damage. Not sure of what to do after calling my insurance company. I started to contact water remediation and cleanup companies. Typically when hiring a contractor for a job I will seek out 3 or four companies before making a decision. Well there were bigger companies that I had heard of before and one company closer to me but I chose Regal Restoration. I chose Regal first and foremost because the listened to me. Anybody going through as a disastrous event with all the water damage realizes how stressful a time it can be. While some of the companies seemed to wanted to rush me into a decision I had questions and wanted to be sure of who I was going to work with. From the start Regal was professional and courteous. They listened and kept me informed. They were prompt and even helped me with my insurance company who overlooked some of the initial damage. The entire process took about a week and half and I couldn't be more than happy with my choice of Regal Restoration. They took a bad and stressful situation for me and my family and helped us get through it. I spoke with the owner ****** and I can now see why his staff is the way it is. While I don't wish what happened to me on anyone. If you are ever in the need of a water remediation company. I would recommend Regal Restoration.

You're the best

You can only imagine my dismay when I discovered several inches of water in my basement and realized there was no way I could remove it on my own. I am very glad that I chose Regal Restoration to deal with the aftermath. The service was nothing short of stellar. The technicians were professional, courteous, and considerate. Truly one of the best customer service experience i've ever had! Very polite, prompt and professional. I needed them for an emergency, and although they were booked, they managed to squeeze my job in their schedule without charging me extra. They did such an amazing job!

This company came into my home when I had no idea what to do! They were the second quote I got, and I am so glad that I went with them! I don't have flood insurance, so I had to pay out of pocket. The owner himself came into my home to look at the damage, and he gave me a price that I could actually afford. They did such an amazing job! There is no way that anyone can tell that I ever had water damage.

I would definitely recommend them.

Yuval at Regal Restoration is fantastic. We were doing the mold remediation ourselves, and he still came and gave us detailed advice about how to proceed to pass the clean air test. We rented the air scrubber and de-humidifier from Regal Restoration. They were timely, flexible, and personable. They worked hard to make sure we passed with a clean bill of health. I would definitely recommend them.

I had water damage to my laundry area and living due to a water leak to the hot water pipe in my condo. Excellent Results

Ivan with Regal Restoration my entire office. I have used other companies before and it was a great surprise to come into my office Monday morning to find my place cleaner than it has ever been. My kitchen was then put back together

I had a dishwasher leak that damaged my floor and cabinets in my kitchen, Regal Restoration came out quickly and explained everything that needed to be done and how the process would go. The water mitigation crew had a good bit of things that had to be taken out, but when they left my kitchen was clear of all the trash and dust, just amazing at how clean it could be after all that work! My kitchen was then put back together and looked great! Thanks Danny If I ever have another flood I sure know who to call !!!

Will definitely use Regal again!

Had a great carpet cleaning experience with Regal Restoration today! Our crew showed up a few minutes early, did a great job cleaning our carpets, and answered all of the questions we had. Carpets dried quickly, and there was no residual smell, like with some carpet cleaners. Will definitely use Regal again!

He seems like a honest and good guy.

I called Marco at REGAL Restoration and he came down this morning. He checked my exterior and interior house for moisture issues. Found some spots that should be addressed and spend about 30 minutes at the house. He would not take any payment for his time and even recommended another company that might help me with another problem that I have. If and when I need work, I'll hire Marco. He seems like a honest and good guy.

I don't usually write reviews, but after a water pipe burst over the weekend in the ceiling of our Burbank retail store.... Danny and his team just did a fabulous job cleaning up in 2 days. Our store is about 2k square feet and the back side carpet was all ruined. Regal showed up and pulled all the carpet and damaged flooring in 1 day. Stayed all night drying the place and new carpet will be installed today. Danny will also be dealing with insurance company for the bill so I don't have to deal with them. Thank You so much Regal.
